Beautiful beachfront location for relaxing days.
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by multiple issues. The shower only heated up once during my 6-night stay, with lukewarm water for the rest of the time. Additionally, the staff was often slow to respond to requests, leaving my room uncleaned for considerable stretches, and the kitchen frequently ran out of items on the menu, resulting in cold meals and long waits.

A beautiful beachside escape
The resort's beachfront location is breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of waves and the scent of the ocean was such a treat. The staff members were incredibly polite and eager to assist whenever we needed help, truly enhancing our stay.
Unfortunately, the service could be quite slow, especially when it came to food and drink orders at the pool, often taking over an hour. Also, while the room was sufficiently clean, daily housekeeping was inconsistent, leaving us sometimes without fresh towels.

The Junior Suite with Partial Ocean View was super spacious and comfy. Beds were really nice to sleep in, and everything was clean. No hot water issues at all—just ran it a bit, and it was great. Plus, the mini bar was a nice touch. they stocked it with requested drinks quickly and at no extra cost. Overall, the setup was enjoyable for our family vibes!
